dk Human Resources is processing personal data of persons who take part in HR projects, as the contact persons in the organisations of our Clients.

How have we received your data?


We have received your personal data from your employer with whom we cooperate and who has passed them to us.

 

 

What do we use your data for?


Your data are used for:
- the execution of projects carried out now
   or planned for the near future
- provision of services set down in contracts
with clients.

Additionally, subject to your consent, we process your data:
- contained in cookies collected from our websites for the purpose of analysing your interactions with our website
- for the purpose of contacting you during  project

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?


We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR, based on GDPR-compliance agreement with your employee.

Who are your data transferred to?

​

We transfer your data to:

  • your employer - these data are typically evaluations of your competences  and information regarding their development​

  • entities providing services for us, acting on our behalf (working for us during the excuction
    of our projects,  

  • ICT service providers (cloud storage, servers, email): One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521


We may transfer your personal data (to a limited extent) to entities that provide us with legal support, consulting and auditing services. In certain circumstances, we may transfer your personal data to public authorities if it is required by legal regulations.


All the above-mentioned entities are located in the European Economic Area (we do not transfer them outside the European Union).

How long do we keep your data?

We process data of participants in our projects

for the duration of the respective contract with

our Client.


Personal data of contact persons are processed only for the duration of the contract with the respective Client (your employer)

Your data may also be stored for a period of time specified by legal regulations.

We will strive to guarantee your rights set out the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e .:


- the right to withdraw consent
- the right to access, modify and delete your data,
- the right to limit processing of data

- the right to object to their processing
- the right to transfer your personal data, 
 that is, the the right to receive from us your
 data in a structured, generally accepted
 and readable electronic format.

You can also  transfer your data (or ask us to transfer them) to another Data Administrator. However, we will only be able to do this if the transfer of data is technically possible, and the other Administrator agrees to accept data from us. s your personal data used for profiling

and/or automated decision making?


Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner in our IT infrastructure, however, they are not being used for automated decision making. Thus, the operation of our systems will not cause any legal effects to you or significantly affect your situation.
