A development session is a one-to-one meeting, the goal of which is to build a realistic development plan for a manager whose competences have already been assessed via 360°, Audit or Assessment Center.  The meeting is usually conducted as an interview which focuses on the daily work of the menager, his/her achievements and successes, but also problems and challenges.  


The session, part of which is devoted to discuss the results of the  competence assessment, allows to identify ways to improve competences and skills and leverage the manager's strengths in order to mitigate the negative effects of his/her weaknesses.

Professional goals are being discussed and their potential for the development of competences explored.

We also organise workshops for top managers to teach them how to hold development meetings with their subordinates.
