Coaching is a method of  developing managerial and personal competences. It is being used in individual cases and also as part of management development programs. It is suitable for top managers and high potentials at any level. A coached person might be a seasoned leader as well as a recently promoted manager who is facing manifold challenges, including those that affect relations with subordinates and peers.


Coaching is a process that includes individual sessions with the coach, analyses of problems faced in daily work, behavioral observation and exercises, case studies as well as simulations and feeback from outside observers. 


We offer both external coaching for managers as well as the training of internal trainers (mentors) for companies that wish to introduce a mentoring program. Our coaches have experience in business and psychology - they are certified by the International Coach Federation (
