COACHING

Team coaching is a process aimed at developing team competences in which individual development goals of the participants are also taken into account. 

 

The formula of a team coaching allows to improve cooperation and communication, helps achieving a balance between differing styles within the group, and understand how this very balance benefits the team and improves its work. Team coaching increases openness to change, fosters strategic thinking and teaches how to solve problems as a team. 

 

Team Coaching is especially useful as a tool that improves change management skills of change leaders. It  can also be part of a development program for middle management and improve succession in an organisation.

 

We are prepared to execute projects even for larger teams of managers - we have a team of experienced coaches who have been successfully running coaching processes for employees in several work levels.
